The Fresh Start Bible: A Review
Everyone needs help navigating their way through life.
And I was given the opportunity to review for you the perfect resource to do that: The Fresh Start Bible.
With so many Bible options out there, it can be hard to pick one. Hopefully this helps give you more information about this particular one.
The Fresh Start Bible is a great Bible for someone who is starting out with Bible reading or simply needing a new version and fresh pages of God’s Word. It not only has scripture in easy-to-read English, but also brings insightful questions, context, and important notes to the reader.
Check out this video to see a little more about it:
There is a long list of features this Bible has, however my favorites are:
- 52 important questions about the foundations of faith
- Discusses the What, Whom, Why, and How of worship
- Leader Guide for Small Groups
- Charts, Tables, and 18 Full-Color Maps
- Cultural and Historical Articles
I received the linen softcover version – which I’m really happy with. If you’re looking for a gift this holiday season, then I definitely recommend this.
If I had to chose one thing I would change about this Bible, it would be to add more space in the margins for note taking. However, for those who don’t write in their Bibles like I do, this shouldn’t matter.
The Fresh Start Bible is a great Bible option for you or someone you love. My copy now belongs to my husband. 😄
Here are a few other Bibles I’ve reviewed, as well: (*note: all giveaways are closed*)
I have read elsewhere that the Fresh Start Bible is actually the New Living translation of the Bible. Can you confirm that this is true, or demonstrate that it isn’t?
