What I Wish I Knew Then: The Hope* Writer Path
Each year, writing a book is a top New Year Resolution.
Is it one of your’s? Has it been one of your’s? Do you want to finally call yourself a writer? (Even if you never write a book? Because not all writers write books.)
If you answered year to anything asked above, I’m assuming you are one or more of the following…
confused
by the publishing process.
overwhelmed
by the many options available.
unsure
of your message and your audience?
I joined hope*writers in early 2019, just as I was about to embark on my own publishing journey.
I wish I had joined and become a hope * writer YEARS before … it changed my entire writing world. Maybe it would have expedited the long book publishing process, but it definitely would have provided me the resources needed sooner to get there and to write better, longer, and with a more positive impact for my readers.
The insanely wise crew who runs hope*writers help writers identify where they are on the writing path and give them the tools and direction they need to move to the next stage in their writing and/or publishing journey.
Take the grid I’ve posted below, for example.
When I first decided to take my writing seriously, I wish I had known where I was at on the writing path and what each step in my journey *should* look like. I wish I had known what the next steps were for me — how to move from honing my craft to serving my ideal reader to eventually making my first dollar and then writing and selling books and so on…
Hope* Writers helped me figure out where I was, where I am, and have shown me where I need to look to move forward in my calling.
You can give Hope*Writers a quick test run with a new video series they have available today, “How to Make Progress in Your Writing Journey.”
But if you know you’re ready to take the next step…
Hope*Writers has opened its doors again to the public, accepting new members this month who want to move forward in their writing.
This only happens a couple times a year, and what better time to check them out than new year, with a new you, and new writing goals?
Hope*writers is a monthly membership site — not just a course, or list of resources to use, but a community.
A place where I’ve found dear friends who feel the same weird and awesome call to share their stories with people through writing.
