Into the Deep: Book Review

The longer I blog, the more I get to know other bloggers and writers. A couple years ago, I met Lauren Gaskill at a writing conference. I knew immediately that Lauren was someone I’d want to get to know and pay attention to.

And I’m so glad I did. Her very first book, Into the Deep: Diving Into Life of Courageous Faith: released Nov. 6th. I was lucky enough to be an early reader of it, I’m so excited to share this with you.

I never really though about our faith life in regards to swimming, but now I realize how utterly ACCURATE and profound this is illustration is through the lessons in this book. Lauren’s own story of diving and swimming in the deep parts of life, showed me not just how important, but CRUCIAL a courageous faith is if we’re going to survive this ocean of life. I personally loved the practical training tips and examples Lauren gave in strengthening our faith in Christ.
