Short Sabbatical

Happy Wednesday! Um, can you BELIEVE it’s the middle of September already??

This fall is going to be a tad nuts for me. We have school, gymnastics, piano, a trip to Disney (Lord, help us…), work, conferences, church stuff… oh yeah, and a newborn to prepare for.

(This includes moving Honey Badger out of the nursery and into Big Sister’s room. Jesus, be near… We have given bedtime together a few trial runs, and I’m scarred. I can’t even talk about it yet. The wounds are still too fresh.)

Anyway, I’ll be spending my time continuing to write for American Cheerleader Magazine, {Moms at Hope}, Angel Street/JDM, and my book (and a new, short ebook! Subscribers, it’s coming your way hopefully later this fall!). I also have some things I need to get ready in order to relaunch/update my website, so when not writing, or caging honey badgers at night (that’s only sort-of a joke…), I’ll be planning all of the website stuff too.

I feel this self-induced pressure to get all of this done before Baby #3 shows up in 3 months. #loftygoals

Sooooo, that being said, I just can’t seem to find the time to squeeze in blog posts weekly. I wanted to let you know I’ll be absent from the blog for the next month (ish?). I’m sure in a month I’ll have some sort of shenanigans to share. But for right now – I need to focus on family and all these other things.
